please help,i cant get the no mail hack to work

someone out there please help,i have scoured forum after forum looking for a solution to this problem.
I installed the no mail hack into nuke 8.0 and as soon as a user clicks on "Activate Account" it accpets their activation,but when they click on the link to log in,it says "user unknown.Ive checked the database and the user details are can be found in the user-temp.
Has anyone managed to get this hack to work as quite a few of the forums ive come across are all asking the questions im asking with no replies.
Please help
