I tried enabling HTML and doing an img tag with HTML and that's not working either. Any ideas kids?

I have phpnuke 8.0 with the phpbb portion integrated and updated to 2.23 (the phpbb 8.0 I had downloaded has phpbb 2.20 and so had to upgrade) with the WinXP theme and for some reason the img /img tag ...
